Guest Services Center

Our friendly Guest Services Ambassadors work throughout the facility providing directional assistance, facility information, and event information.  Also, as Accredited Columbus Ambassadors, they are able to provide information on local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, sports, and tourism attractions.

This team also operates our two Guest Services Centers. One is located near the South Café and Marketplace and the other is located in the north section of our facility in the Main Concourse near Exhibit Hall A.

Services at the center include:

  • Notary Service

  • Outbound shipping through USPS Priority Mail

  • Stamps

  • Pre-paid domestic outbound shipping pick-up through FedEx and UPS. All items must be brought to the GCCC Guest Services Center. Size and weight restrictions apply.

  • Photocopying

  • Faxing

  • Printing

  • Sales of business supplies

  • Parking Refunds – OVR
    If you have purchased reserved parking from the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for January 24th or 25th and are seeking a refund due to an event cancellation, please email your pass number and contact information to parking@columbusconventions.com. We will contact you to process your refund. Once contacted, we will need the full credit card number and expiration date. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received. If you purchased reserved parking from Spot Hero or Park Mobile, you will need to contact them directly.
