Streaming Services

As the production company in residence at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Mills James can conveniently provide streaming services for your events

Fully live:  All production is live, except for pre-produced video content

Partially live: A pre-produced video is followed by a live feed to accept viewer questions

The live feed is streamed from the same location as the pre-produced video to create a seamless program

Live programs can be viewed on demand later

STREAMING PACKAGE

Single-Presenter Streaming from the Greater Columbus Convention Center ($2,000) includes:

  • Camera
  • Microphone
  • Presentation computer for switching
  • On-camera presenters intercut with their slides, or picture-in-picture formats
  • Special guests joining the presentation via Zoom as an add-on feature
  • Videographer
  • Streaming engineer to also handle switching

Just tell your viewers when to tune in, and we will produce a fully live or partially live event for you.

  • Parking Refunds – OVR
    If you have purchased reserved parking from the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for January 24th or 25th and are seeking a refund due to an event cancellation, please email your pass number and contact information to parking@columbusconventions.com. We will contact you to process your refund. Once contacted, we will need the full credit card number and expiration date. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received. If you purchased reserved parking from Spot Hero or Park Mobile, you will need to contact them directly.
