What: HighBall Halloween 2017 – 10th anniversary
When: Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21, 2017
Where: On High Street outside the Greater Columbus Convention Center with limited events within the Greater Columbus Convention Center
Why: HighBall Halloween raises funds to support Short North clean and safe programs, special promotions, public art installations, parking management and other functions
How: The nation’s most elaborate costume party returns, this year with HB: On the Rocks tributes to 10 musical legends by 10 musical arts on Friday and HB: High Fashion on Saturday with past winning costumes returning and 10 teams of designers vying to capture the grand prize in the Battelle Costume Couture Fashion Show.
