J’S SWEET TREATS COMING TO GCCC

(Columbus, April 26, 2022) – Soon people will be able to enter the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) and smell delicious wafts of baked goods inside the South Café & Marketplace from J’s Sweet Treats.

 

The new bakery location will be in the 739-square-foot suite formerly occupied by Velvet Café & Ice Cream inside the South Café & Marketplace. J’s Sweet Treats is known for their luxury wedding cakes, pies, baked goods and more.

 

“The addition of J’s Sweet Treats to the Greater Columbus Convention Center brings forth more local concepts and accessibility to new flavors to our South Café & Marketplace,” said ASM Global Regional General Manager, John Page. “J’s Sweet Treats will enhance our food and beverage mix with baked from scratch treats for our visitors and guests and we’re excited to have them on board.”

 

J’s Sweet Treats was created in 2016 after a successful pop-up shop that catapulted its existence. What started out as a hobby to create amazing cakes and treats for family and friends, turned into a lifestyle with unlimited potential.

 

“We are excited to be a part of the South Café & Marketplace and Greater Columbus Convention Center as it will place J’s Sweet Treats in front of a new audience and will open a lot of opportunities for us,” said J’s Sweet Treats Owner/Operator, Juana Williams.

 

The convention center location will streamline its menu, focusing on treats for the lunchtime crowd and convention center attendees, with everything baked on-site.

 

J’s Sweet Treats also has a location at the Polaris Fashion Mall in the Columbus area. The new location plans to open to the public by May 2022.
