RATES:

ADVANCE RATES

Advance rates apply to orders placed and paid in full 30 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility.

STANDARD RATES

Standard rates apply to orders placed and paid in full from 29 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility to 7 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility.

LAST CALL RATES

Last Call rates apply to orders placed and paid in full from 6 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility through the duration of the event.

EXAMPLE:

A show’s first contracted date with the convention center is January 1st.

Advance rate deadline: December 2nd

Standard rate deadline: December 25th

Last Call rates go into effect: December 26th

  • Parking Refunds – OVR
    If you have purchased reserved parking from the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for January 24th or 25th and are seeking a refund due to an event cancellation, please email your pass number and contact information to parking@columbusconventions.com. We will contact you to process your refund. Once contacted, we will need the full credit card number and expiration date. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received. If you purchased reserved parking from Spot Hero or Park Mobile, you will need to contact them directly.
