RATES:

ADVANCE RATES

Advance rates apply to orders placed and paid in full 30 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility.

STANDARD RATES

Standard rates apply to orders placed and paid in full from 29 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility to 7 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility.

LAST CALL RATES

Last Call rates apply to orders placed and paid in full from 6 days prior to the event’s first contracted date with the facility through the duration of the event.

EXAMPLE:

A show’s first contracted date with the convention center is January 1^st.

Advance rate deadline: December 2^nd

Standard rate deadline: December 25^th

Last Call rates go into effect: December 26^th
