GREATER COLUMBUS CONVENTION CENTER WELCOMES GENERAL PUBLIC TO PAINT MINGLE DRINK, COLUMBUS WINTER BEERFEST AND DINOSAUR ADVENTURE SHOWS
(Columbus, January 15, 2020) — The Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) welcomes the general public to three shows where you can paint and enter a twerk competition, race inflatable horses while enjoying craft beer, and participate in dinosaur-themed activities and see lifelike dinosaur replicas.
Who: Paint Mingle Drink
What: An event where painting becomes a party
When: January 17, 2020 at 8 p.m.
Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center Exhibit Hall D
Why: An evening of painting and socializing
How: Painting supplies will be provided. Beverages will be available for purchase. $250 can be won through a drawing, being the birthday girl with the largest group, and winning the twerk contest.

Who: Columbus Winter Beerfest
What: 10th annual event presented by The Brew Brothers, Taft’s Brewing Co. and Sierra Nevada
When: January 17-18, 2020
Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center Exhibit Halls A-B
Why: Popular annual gathering of craft beer enthusiasts
How: Hundreds of craft beers to sample from more than 130 breweries, silent disco, inflatable horse races and live music, with 25 tickets for beverage samples and a souvenir acrylic mug.

Who: Dinosaur Adventure
What: New event featuring 80 life-sized dinosaurs with motion and roars
When: January 25, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and January 26, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center Exhibit Hall B
Why: Promoting dinosaur appreciation for the entire family
How: Show features dinosaur exhibit, make & take fossils, Cretaceous Crafts, dino dig, scavenger hunt, walking dinosaur show with roaming actors and puppets, baby dinosaur show and dinosaur dance along. There are also dinosaur rides, walking dinosaur rides, junior walking dinosaur rides, Jurassic jeeps, bounce houses and dino golf.
