Parking Refunds – OVR
If you have purchased reserved parking from the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for January 24th or 25th and are seeking a refund due to an event cancellation, please email your pass number and contact information to parking@columbusconventions.com. We will contact you to process your refund. Once contacted, we will need the full credit card number and expiration date. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received.
If you purchased reserved parking from Spot Hero or Park Mobile, you will need to contact them directly.
