To request additional information about holding your event at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, please fill out the form below. A message box has been included for your specific requests, i.e. event dates, availability, meeting space, etc. A Greater Columbus Convention Center representative will contact you as soon as possible.

If requesting a virtual tour, please mention it in the message box.

    • Parking Refunds – OVR
      If you have purchased reserved parking from the Greater Columbus Convention Center website for January 24th or 25th and are seeking a refund due to an event cancellation, please email your pass number and contact information to parking@columbusconventions.com. We will contact you to process your refund. Once contacted, we will need the full credit card number and expiration date. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received. If you purchased reserved parking from Spot Hero or Park Mobile, you will need to contact them directly.
